Welcome to WingPlay! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WingPlay Ltd.’s games, websites, mobile apps, features, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully.
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by them.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Updates will be posted on our website and may be shared in-game or via email.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are described in our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use our Services.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

WingPlay offers mobile and web-based casual games and related entertainment services, which may include promotions, events, and in-game purchases.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services (including specific games, features, or items) at any time, without notice or liability.

• You may purchase in-game currency, items, or features (“Virtual Items”) for personal, non-commercial use.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• WingPlay may modify or remove Virtual Items at any time at its sole discretion.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm others
• Not cheat, hack, or exploit bugs or glitches
• Not upload or transmit malware or malicious content
• Not violate intellectual property or other rights
• Comply with applicable laws and WingPlay’s policies

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

You may need to create an account or sign in via third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google, Facebook).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You acknowledge that you have no ownership or proprietary interest in your account or in any Virtual Items.
• WingPlay may suspend, revoke, or terminate your access at any time without notice or liability.

All game content—including visuals, code, audio, branding, and trademarks—is owned by WingPlay or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

If you submit or share content (e.g., feedback, chat messages, suggestions), you grant WingPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for purposes of operating and improving our Services.
You remain responsible for any content you submit.

WingPlay may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.
Some provisions (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply even after termination.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WingPlay is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business
• Technical issues or downtime
  The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You use them at your own risk.

We make no guarantees that our Services will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
All warranties—express or implied—are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you download our games through an app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), you also agree to their terms.
You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and WingPlay, not the platform.
• The platform has no responsibility for the Services.
• WingPlay is responsible for support, compliance, and any product claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-game, via email, or through our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
